Oriental Edge Pull
The Oriental pattern dates to 1885 and was made by Branford Lock Works of Branford Connecticut. The pattern components include and open fan, the rising sun and bamboo. Our Oriental edge pull (and all of this pattern) is made of solid cast bronze using the same techniques of over a century ago. It measures 5" X 1" X 2". This is used on a pocket door edge to pull it out of the wall pocket.

Oriental Cupboard Knob 390054
The Oriental pattern dates from 1885 and has three elements recurring in its pattern: an open fan, the rising sun and bamboo. It was initially made by Branford Lock Works in 1885. Our large Oriental cupboard knob was originally part of a screen door set. We adapted it into a knob. We tested the bronze content and remade the moulds to give us the best possible reproduction. It is 1 1/8 inch in diameter and projects 1 1/8 inches. Combine it with our other cabinet hardware in this pattern: bin pull, handle, or cupboard latch.

Oriental Flat Doorknobs 300717
The Oriental pattern dates from 1885 and has three elements recurring in its pattern: an open fan, the rising sun and bamboo. It was initially made by Branford Lock Works in 1885. Our Oriental flat doorknobs originally part of an entry door set. We now have them suitable for interior and exterior door use. They are drum shapped and have very fine detailing around the edges. Solid cast bronze. This is an impressive doorknob. 2 1/2 inch diameter.

Oriental Doorbell Button 390106
The Oriental pattern dates from 1885 and has three elements recurring in its pattern: an open fan, the rising sun and bamboo. It was initially made by Branford Lock Works in 1885. We could not find an original antique doorbell so our craftsmen reproduced if from its original 1885 drawings. Its cast in solid bronze and has a black button. 5 x 2 1/2 inches. Doorbells were rare because not too many homes were wired for electricity during the esthetic Victorian period.

Oriental Window Lock 390130
This Oriental pattern window lock is more secure than the common varieties of window locks produced today. The handle lifts up and allows the lock arm to rotate. When it gets to the locked position, it clicks into place and can not be opened without lifting the handle. We carefully reproduced an antique original in both solid brass and bronze. For window locks the critical part for measuring is where the keeper fits on the top sash. The dimension of the keeper is 2 1/8 x 3/4 inches.

Oriental Keyed Set 390138
The Oriental pattern dates from 1885 and has three elements recurring in its pattern: an open fan, the rising sun and bamboo. It was initially made by Branford Lock Works in 1885. We tested the metal content and remade the moulds. The set is cast in solid bronze and finished by hand. The 2 1/8 inch diameter doorknob has detailing also on the reverse side. The back plates are too narrow for use on a pre-bored door. The key hole is not compatible with any of our locks since it fits the antique lock which was not standard. We do have these plates without the key hole. The back plates measure 6 x 1 1/2 inches.
